Vinta Inks Hello Rain 30ml Bottled Ink – Overcast Blue [Badya 1865]

About the Overcast Blue [Badya 1865]:

This particular color draws its inspiration from the nation’s esteemed National Meteorological and Hydrological Services Agency, commonly known by its acronym, PAGASA, which also carries the meaning ‘hope’ in Tagalog. The roots of this agency trace back to the year 1865 when it initially operated as the Observatorio Meteorologico de Manila, eventually evolving into today’s Manila Observatory.
