The Cross ballpoint is a classic. The Monteverde Soft Roll makes it write better and in colours Cross doesn’t offer.

A direct drop-in replacement for the Cross slim ballpoint refill. Fits all Cross pens using the standard Cross C1 format, with no modification required.

Why choose this over the Cross original?

Monteverde’s Soft Roll uses low-viscosity ink in a nickel-plated brass tube with a Swiss-engineered tip smoother and more consistent than the standard Cross ballpoint refill. Available in 10 ink colours vs Cross’s standard Black and Blue.
