Drawing Trees

Drawing Trees provides guided illustration techniques for beginning artists looking for a relaxing new hobby. Tracing the lines of each tree, leaf, and seed is an exercise in mindfulness: notice where your mind wanders as you draw, losing yourself between pages of thick, durable FSC-certified paper. Each illustration is depicted in bright, grassy green, splashing each page with color and welcoming you to add your own details or hues. These observational drawings are accompanied by detailed descriptions of the trees and plants they depict, teaching you how to identify these species out in the wild. Whether at home, on your lunch break, in a coffee shop, at the park, or out in the wilderness, this artistic and educational drawing guide will help soothe anxiety and encourage your creativity to grow.
