Poly Y Training Cable

Let a trainer listen in while an agent takes the call.

Why You’ll Love It

• Connects two headsets to a single amplifier for audio sharing
• Both headsets hear the call; a toggle switch controls the live microphone
• The second microphone stays muted so supervisors can monitor discreetly
