Jakar Drawing Boards Draftline A1 & A2

A parallel motion drawing board designed for technical drawing, available in A1 (64.5 90cm) and A2 (47 65cm) the Jakar Draftline is a reliable choice for architecture, design, and technical illustration students who need accurate, repeatable line work across large format paper. The board’s core feature is its parallel motion bar: a horizontal rule that glides smoothly and locks firmly in place via a screw mechanism, keeping your horizontal lines consistent without the board shifting mid-drawing. Five fixed angle positions 15, 35, 45, 50, and 60 cover the full range needed for isometric drawing, perspective construction, and technical drafting at degree and foundation level. At 17mm thick and laminated on both sides, the board provides a stable, flat working surface that won’t flex under the pressure of repeated ruling. The acrylic ruler features engraved markings and a rubber grip, giving you clean, precise edge contact without the ruler slipping. A built-in aluminium straight edge completes the drawing setup. Both sizes come individually boxed and include a carry handle useful for students moving between studio, home, and lecture rooms.
